Dave does not have to trigger article 50 and do a BREXIT.

The following 2 options are open to him:

1) Ignore it, keep calm and carry on in the EU with collective countries debate on reform.

2) Call the Boris/Farange lies and have a 2nd referendum, with ditto debate as above.
